Leslie John Williams


Les Williams represents small and mid sized business owners in both transactional and litigation matters. He also represents individuals in personal wealth planning matters, business start ups, and commercial disputes. Les's practice also involves substantial representation in the nonprofit sector, including establishment and qualification of tax exempt organizations, employment disputes, contract negotiations, and compliance.

Les began his career as a law clerk with Bouland & Brush in 1995, and continued with the firm as an associate through 2000. After a brief tenure with Rosenberg Proutt Funk & Greenberg, Les returned to Bouland & Brush in 2002, and is now the managing attorney for the firm's Baltimore office.

Les lives in Baltimore County with his family, and is an active member of St. Ursula's Church.
