Bouland & Brush attorneys are among the most experienced real estate title professionals in the region. Through their long-standing representation of The Fountainhead Title Group Corporation (now known as RGS Fountainhead Title), Bouland & Brush attorneys have been involved in thousands of real estate settlements and the associated title issues. Our unique relationship with Fountainhead has allowed us to develop a premier title practice in multiple jurisdictions.

Real Estate Transactions

Our attorneys also represent clients in the entire spectrum of real estate transactions ranging from simple residential transactions to complex development deals. In addition to contractual issues, we can offer advice on ownership structures, financing, and tax implications. We also represent landlords and tenants in complex lease negotiations and conflicts.

Real Estate Litigation

When transactional negotiations fail or relationships break down, Bouland & Brush’s real estate attorneys are also prepared to litigate to obtain the result our clients need. We have successfully represented clients in quiet title actions, option agreement actions, breach of contract, contribution actions, breach of lease, and other complex real estate disputes. Our in-depth knowledge of real estate law combined with our advocacy experience provides optimal results for our clients. We also provide alternative dispute resolution services where required.
